We’re a small family workshop – please allow a little extra time for replies.

Every piece is made by hand in our studio. Most days you’ll find us at the bench — soldering, setting stones, polishing — so we’re not always by our screens. If you reach out, we’ll get back to you; it just might take a little longer.

Response time – we typically reply within 2–3 days. If your request is time-sensitive (e.g., a proposal date), mention the needed-by date and we’ll prioritise where we can.

Order questions – include your order number so we can find details quickly.

Returns – for any returns or aftercare services (e.g. resizing or cleaning), please contact us first. We’ll confirm the correct return address and provide full instructions for your parcel. For security reasons, our business address shown on the website cannot accept parcels.
