Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop right here in Britain. Because we use traditional techniques and natural materials, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Do you offer bespoke jewellery?
Absolutely. We love creating custom designs, from engagement rings to one-of-a-kind gifts. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas.
Can I see your jewellery in person?
We currently operate online only. If you’d like more photos or videos of a specific piece, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I know my ring size?
We provide a Ring Size Guide to help you measure at home. If you’re unsure, we recommend being sized by a jeweller before ordering. Remember — we offer one complimentary resize per ring purchase too.
Can I request a specific gemstone or metal?
Many of our designs can be customised, but available options vary by piece. Please check the product page for details on stones and metals offered for that design. If you’d like something different, feel free to contact us to discuss bespoke options. Please note that customised or bespoke pieces are not refundable unless faulty.
Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take?
Items marked ready for dispatch are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Most of our jewellery is made to order and crafting your piece typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and workshop schedule.
We’ll confirm the estimated timeframe when you place your order, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your jewellery is on its way.
Can I return my jewellery?
Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn and in their original condition. Custom-made, engraved, or personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us first before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the correct return address and instructions. Our registered office shown online cannot accept parcels.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, and DPD. Delivery is complimentary on all orders, and you’ll receive tracking once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we ship only within the UK.
Who pays for return postage?
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service.
Warranty & Aftercare
What does your warranty cover?
Our jewellery comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If there’s an issue with craftsmanship or materials, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
What if my jewellery is damaged accidentally?
Accidental damage (such as bending, chipping, or breaks from impact) is not covered by warranty. However, we may be able to repair it for a fee — please contact us with photos and details.
Can you replace a lost stone?
Yes. If a stone becomes loose or is lost, we can usually replace it. The cost depends on the type and size of stone. Please get in touch for a quote.
Is cleaning really free? What do I pay for?
Yes — our professional cleaning service is free for two years from the date of purchase. Customers are only responsible for postage to and from our workshop.
Do you polish out scratches?
Light surface scratches can often be polished during cleaning. Deeper marks may require refinishing, which we can advise on when we see your piece.
