Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to make the process simple and stress-free.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. This includes your 14-day legal right to cancel (as set out under UK consumer law).
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please note that custom-made, engraved, or otherwise personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Important: For any returns, please contact us first. We’ll confirm the correct return address and provide full instructions for your parcel. Our business address shown on the website cannot accept parcels.
When returning items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is sent using a tracked, insured, and reliable delivery service. Please retain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier, and refunds or exchanges can only be processed once the returned item has been safely received and inspected by us.
To arrange a return, email us at contact@bijouxbyst.co.uk with your order number. We’ll send you the instructions and return address. Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether it meets our return conditions. Once your return has been approved, we aim to issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days of receipt.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds back to your account, which is outside of our control.
Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method. For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payee. Shipping fees, gift packaging, or other non-product costs are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to being faulty.
Exchanges
IIf you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or colour, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Where the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
We are pleased to offer one complimentary ring resize with every ring purchase. The resizing service itself is free of charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of postage when sending the ring to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the resized ring back to you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure every piece of jewellery is crafted and packaged to the highest standard. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bijouxbyst.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will assess your item promptly and advise on the most appropriate resolution, whether that is a professional repair, an exchange for the same item, or a full refund.
If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure that any replacement or repaired item is delivered back to you at no additional charge. Please note that this policy applies to faults in materials or craftsmanship and does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected by this policy.
