We want your jewellery to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery.

UK Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our studio in the UK and shipped free of charge.

We partner with trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, and DPD to ensure fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery. UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

International Delivery

We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Items marked as “ready for dispatch” are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Made-to-Order Items

The majority of our jewellery is made to order. Creating a bespoke piece takes time, and we want to ensure each item meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Production typically takes 2–4 weeks from the date of order. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the design, the availability of materials, our workshop schedule, and any specific customer requirements such as custom sizing or engraving.

We will provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your order. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated and notify you as soon as your jewellery is ready to be dispatched.

Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events), production times may be slightly longer. If you need your jewellery by a specific date, please contact us before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Packaging & Insurance

Every order is carefully packaged in our branded jewellery boxes or pouches, making them perfect for gifting and secure for transit. All shipments are insured until delivered and signed for at your address.

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave instructions for rescheduling or collection. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
