Welcome to Bijoux by ST. These Terms & Conditions explain how our website works and what you agree to when you shop with us. We’ve kept things as clear and simple as possible — but please read through before placing an order.

Using Our Website

By browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, you may not use our site or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.

Our Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Because each piece is handcrafted or made with natural materials, small variations may occur. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are listed separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors in product listings or pricing.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance — your order is accepted once we send a shipping confirmation. Payments must be made in full before we dispatch. We accept debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through trusted providers. If we detect potential fraud, we may cancel or hold your order for verification.

Most of our jewellery is made to order. Processing and dispatch times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery & Shipping

We’ll pack and ship your jewellery carefully, using trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, or DPD.

  • In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-order items usually take 2–4 weeks to craft and ship, depending on design and workload.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. Once your order is handed to the courier, you’ll receive tracking details. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless the items are bespoke, personalised, or made to order (such as engraved jewellery, bespoke pieces or items with customer selected gem stones).

To cancel, please contact us at contact@bijouxbyst.co.uk within the 14-day period. Once you return the items in their original condition, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. In addition to your legal right to cancel, we may offer extended returns for flexibility — but custom or engraved pieces remain non-returnable unless faulty.

Important: For any returns, please contact us first. We’ll confirm the correct return address and provide full instructions for your parcel. Our business address shown on the website cannot accept parcels.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return items using a tracked and insured delivery service, and to retain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds or exchanges can only be processed once the item is safely received and inspected.

We offer one complimentary ring resize per ring purchase. Customers cover the cost of sending the ring to us, and we cover the return postage once the resize is complete.

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. This right is separate from, and in addition to, our store warranty.

Warranty & Aftercare Services

Our jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For details on what’s included, see our Warranty & Care Policy. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.

We are pleased to offer a range of aftercare services to help you enjoy your jewellery for years to come.

  • Ring resizing: One complimentary resize per ring purchase. Customers cover the cost of postage to us; we cover the cost of return postage after resizing.
  • Complimentary cleaning: Two years of free professional cleaning from date of purchase. Customers cover postage both ways.
  • Repairs: Out-of-warranty repairs are available on request. Customers cover postage both ways. Costs are quoted individually before work begins.

Important: For all aftercare services, please contact us first. Our registered office cannot accept parcels. We will confirm the correct return address and provide instructions for sending your jewellery safely.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website belong to Bijoux by ST ltd. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable or that are outside our reasonable control, such as delays caused by postal or customs services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the value of your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
